I've never heard about this kind of thing before. I guess it makes sense that milk wouldn't be great for somebody with acne problems. Milk is acidic, and I'm sure it could alter things chemically, ultimately making acne worse. I'm really interested in learning more about this though. I'm sure that some interesting studies have been done.
